Before an appliance repair visit, jot down the symptoms (and when they started), clear space around the appliance, secure pets and kids, and empty the unit if needed. If possible, have the model and serial number ready and confirm basic power and water connections (plug, breaker, and shutoff valve).

We charge $125.00 to make a service call visit. That allows us to pay for the technician’s time and the expense of the trip. Also, this amount usually gives us enough paid time to perform our diagnosis. If after the diagnosis is defined the technician may have what is needed to make a repair. If so, labor charges would begin for the time it takes to complete the repair. If parts are needed, and the repair requires a second trip, we would charge for the parts and labor at the conclusion of the repair visit.
